Yoga for All
Yoga continues this fall and winter with the return of instructor Karen Averitt every Tuesday at 11-11:45am. Open to ages and abilities, this class focuses on the basics of yoga, breathing, and mind/body connections. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to bring kids of all ages for 45 minutes of relaxing yoga. Please bring your own mat. Call Paula at 582-2426 with questions.
