Rachael Newhouse is a true Montana native, born and raised in Livingston. Deeply rooted in the community, she grew up active in local sports, worked extensively in the service industry, and even traveled to Japan through Livingston’s sister city program—an experience that broadened her perspective while reinforcing the value of strong community connections.
After high school, Rachael played collegiate soccer in Wyoming before returning home to earn her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Land Rehabilitation from Montana State University. Her passion for the outdoors led her to spend two seasons working with the U.S. Forest Service, exploring Montana’s forests, mountains, and plains while gaining a deep appreciation for the land and the lifestyle it offers.
With over 12 years in the service industry, Rachael brings exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a client-first mindset to real estate. She is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with care, integrity, and local expertise.
Outside of real estate, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and many pets. You’ll often find her hiking, floating the river, or camping-fully embracing the Montana lifestyle she loves to share with her clients.
Rachael joined Small Dog Realty in 2026 as Charlie Eubank's Executive Licensed Real Estate Assistant and is assisting Charlie with day to day tasks with both the Brokerage and with his clients transactions.
