I ventured out west in 2014 looking to get deep into the mountains and experience the wide-open spaces that can only be found in the Rockies. I worked with the Forest Service in the backcountry of Wyoming and Idaho before coming to Montana and landing in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. There I spent week-long hitches doing backcountry trail work and taking clients out on horse packing trips with an outfitter in Choteau. My partner Megan and I settled in Livingston and have fallen in love with the town, the tight-knit community, and of course the incredible landscape that surrounds us. You’ll find Farmer Megan tending the school farms and teaching local kids about healthy food through Farm to School of Park County.
I came into real estate after years of working in the local vacation rental industry. I can use my expertise in vacation rentals to help you find an ideal retreat that will provide you years of enjoyment while paying for itself! I can provide income and occupancy estimates during the process to help you make the best decision for your situation. Are you a first-time buyer? Purchasing my first home (in Livingston no less!) was an exciting experience and it is my goal to make that first purchase as enjoyable for you as it was for me.
When I’m not helping you with your real estate needs, you’ll find me out hiking, trail-running, or birding our incredible wildlands.
