Susi Dokken spent nearly 20 years as an International pilot for United Airlines, her dream since she was a young girl until she retired and traveled the world with her husband and 3 young sons in 2003-04. They were looking for an adventure but were also looking for a new place to live and explore. They briefly contemplated a sheep farm in New Zealand and a vineyard in Tuscany but eventually came back to the United States to keep searching. Then they found Montana and fell in love. Susi had lived in 6 states and briefly in Florence, Italy and thought she would always keep moving to new places but that was before she found Bozeman and her wandering soul found serenity.
Bozeman is unlike anywhere she had visited or lived. It is a vibrant college town with a fast-growing economy, and an extraordinary airport, a tech center and vacation central. it is 90 miles from Yellowstone National Park and 12 miles from Bridger Bowl ski slopes and is surrounded by mountain ranges with pristine streams in the valley floor. Bozeman's lifestyle is the envy of a nation. You are minutes from trails to hike, mountains to ski, streams to fish and rocks to climb. Bozeman is young, ambitious, historic, casual, inspiring and rejuvenating. Let Susi share her passion for SW Montana and help you find a place to call your own.
