Located on a ridge on the west side of the Horseshoe Hills, this Montana mountain property offers SPECTACULAR VIEWS that photos fail to capture. At 4600 feet in elevation, it is 11.675 acres on grassy ridge with some junipers and a few pine tree, with 360 degree views: south to the Tobacco Root Mnts, west into the Missouri River Valley, northwest to the Elkhorn Mnts, north to the Big Belts and east into the Horseshoe Hills. Wildlife here includes elk, deer and even an occasional moose. It is reported that a herd of 750 elk reside in the Horseshoe Hills. No electrical for miles, but great southern exposure for solar. Access road is dirt and rough in places the last mile, but there are neighbors who live here year-round. Winter access may be problematic at times. Covenants exist but there is no HOA for enforcement. Remote and secluded yet only 5 miles off the pavement and just 20 miles north of I-90. 45 miles west of Bozeman. Missouri River access is 6 miles away for some great fishing.
